To systems innovation program is compromised of three program lines:

1. Develop
2. Deliver
3. Organize

The main goal of the program line Deliver is to deliver a systems perspectives capability (people, skills, tools), and systems innovation as a TNO business proposition. This includes the development of systems perspectives for TNO’s societal promises or parts thereof, leading to systemic leverage points and meaningful interventions in the systems, as well as optimized innovation programming. The Deliver program line is supported by programme lines Develop and Organize.
