To systems innovation program is compromised of three program lines:
- Develop
- Deliver
- Organize
The program line Organize has the focus to organize TNO optimally around systemic research. Systems thinking requires learning, practicing and adopting ways of working that enable the individual researchers and the research team to handle many and major differences in perspective. It requires a specific way of thinking, communicating, deciding, acting and organizing both the content as well as the context of our work. The success of systems thinking does not solely depend on the individual genius of the team members. Success is determined by the group's ability to bring their genius together, and an organization that enables the group to do so.
